About CBRD Construction, LLC
For healthcare projects, we have a keen understanding of infection prevention processes and measures which must be taken to ensure a safe working environment for healthcare workers, patients, and our construction team and partners. We are accustomed to the AHCA review process and work with our clients, our subcontractors, and the design team to ensure that all AHCA reviews are run smoothly and that each project passes final inspection without comment.
Our active ownership team brings over 41 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Over the course of their careers, they have completed ground-up and renovation projects which include Operating Rooms, Cath Labs, Sterile Processing Departments, Imaging Labs, Medical Office Buildings, Class-A office renovations, government projects (including federal, state, and local), and mission critical data centers. The contracts which they have managed on the various projects in their shared experience range from a few thousand dollars to $250 million. With CBRD, they have developed relationships with and completed projects for Moffitt Cancer Center, Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Val’s Home Décor, and Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI).
